- Target-setting : Students will received a dose of motivation that culminates in an individual goal-setting exercise.
- Bonding and teamwork : We built team and school spirit through fun activities. Students built rapport with their peers and teachers.
- Organisation and discipline : Classroom and school-wide procedures were instilled. School rules were also explained to make students understand their rationale and importance
