It was great to spend our morrning with all students and parrents. Students enjoyed and had fun joining the cross country. Running is a great way to get into shape, but it also can benefit almost every part f your body and lift our mood. Whether it’s your favourite part of the day or something you have to push yourself through, the benefits are undeniable. The walkathon was fun & we had a great time over there. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. Everyone completed the walkathon and the cross country with a smile on their face.
